Scope of work:
Overall experience of close 7-10 years: 1. SME of the technology and the RBS business process 2. Application migrations across AD domains 3. Good knowledge on connect direct file transfer mechanism 4. Serve as a single point of contact for the customer for all design oriented Technical queries related to the project 5. Drive, track, communicate and resolve queries 6. Design and technical discussions with the customer 7. Possess a mix of Dev, Test and architect skills to interact with customer counterparts and get quick resolution to clarifications / issues quickly 8. Presents the face of offshore to onsite and customer effectively building trust on offshore activities and competencies (alleviating the time zone and cultural differences) 9. Ensure smooth communication between onsite and offshore at task, clarification and issue level 10. Trusted advisor on Microsoft Technologies 11. Review delivery templates and coordinate the customer sign off 12. Verify the information/applications received from client before sharing with offshore 13. Participate and contribute in project design workshops 14. Inform and consult with Project manager about any scope or schedule changes 15. Track, communicate and resolve queries with client 16. Drive customer priorities and ensure timely delivery 17. Coordinate and Track UAT progress 18. Assist in resolve issues identified during customer testing / UAT 19. Ensure deliverables are appropriately signed off by customer 20. Create and submit weekly status report to the project stake holders 21. Provide daily task status to stakeholders 22. Application Knowledge on Connect Direct & Batch Jobs 23. Application Knowledge along with SQL, Oracle databases 24. Design and implementation of In-house and custom applications 25. RBS experience is desirable
